You can return products within 30 days and get your money back. We'll pay for the return shipping, so it won't cost you anything to try out the amazing sound and quality of Argon Audio!

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

Goods purchased from Argon Audio's webshop are subject to a 30-day return policy (you can claim your money back or exchange your purchase for another product). The 30 days start on the day you receive the item. Any refund requests made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund. (Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase: e.g. extended return)

Shipping Costs

You get free shipping on orders over €49 and free returns. Your shipping label is prepaid, so you can send your product back free of charge.

Return Process

1. Return request
Please use our return form here: https://argonaudio.returnscenter.com/ if you wish to cancel your purchase.

2. Return request approved
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation with a shipping label attached. Your shipping label is prepaid, so you can send your product back free of charge.
(It can take up to 2 business days to approve the return). Should you have not received your Return Label after 2 business days, please contact our support - support@argonaudio.com. Please remember to check your spam filter.

IMPORTANT: The return label is applicable for 14 days after you have received it. If the 14 days are exceeded, we retain the right to refuse the return and the package will be returned (at the buyer's expense).

3. Items returned
We will notify you once we have received your returned items at our warehouse. We will then inspect the items, and once the refund is approved, we will send you another email. Please note that this process may take up to 14 business days.

4. Refund is on the way
You will receive an email once your refund has been approved and is being processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as it was when received, i.e. complete, undamaged and with all accessories. You will only be liable for any deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods. In other words - you can handle the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used more extensively than what has been described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise's commercial value. To receive the entire purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You can test the item, but not actually use it (as in normal, daily use).

  2. The original packaging must remain intact and undamaged. Should the original packaging not be available, we retain the right to charge a fee, and you will be refunded only a portion of the total amount (the fee will be deducted). This policy is implemented due to the necessity of relisting the item, which may involve providing new packaging (including handling costs).
